Target Unveils Holiday Plans Including Free Shipping

Target just put out a press release announcing details of their holiday plans. Once again Target will be offering free shipping on all Target.com purchases with no minimum purchase or membership required. This promotion will begin November 1st and run through December 21st. Target also announced that members of their Target Circle rewards club (free to join) will get early access to select Black Friday doorbusters as well as special Kids Daily Deals starting on November 1st.
