Their announcement states that for the first time ever, their Black Friday prices will be available starting in early November and lasting through December. We expect similar moves from nearly every major retailer as Black Friday this year is expanded into several months of deals. While other major retailers such as Walmart, Kohl’s and Target announced that they would be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Home Depot is the first major store to officially confirm that there won’t be a traditional one- or two-day Black Friday sale this year due to the coronavirus situation.
